Driving to Ilam Park was a joy, you literally are driving through the middle of nowhere among the sheep and the cows. Then you arrive in the scenic tiny village. Ilam Park is just simply beautiful. Right up against a river this place is so quaint and special. You can enjoy a proper tea (which I did!) and just soak it all in, British style.
