This McDonalds is cleaner than many of the other branches I have been in.
The staff are generally pleasant and well presented. The food is well prepared and the staff are alway apologetic if there is a wait for certain items.
I recently went there for my neice’s birthday, she had invited 3 friends along, and one of the staff at McDonalds offered us a knife (plastic, of course) to cut the cake we bought along, and gave all 4 children a free icecream, which I thought was a lovely gesture.
This particular branch doesn’t accept the Luncheon Vouchers, but does offer the free refills on Tea and Coffee’s.
The car park is soley for the use of McDonalds, and its usually easy to find a space.

Recently there has been a refurbishment made to this mc donalds restaurant and it has made the appearance much more clean and minimalistic and there is a bit more seating eventhough it isn’t as comfy as the previous.
Staff are quite friendly and are usually willing to help.
This restaurant doesn’t get too busy mainly due to it being in an inconvenient location for pedestrians (it is near the industrial estate).
The food is quite good and i have been her lots and never had a problem unlike a lot of mc donalds in the city.
This store is almost in somercotes and so it is quite a long walk out from alfreton.
