I was a little disapointed with alford mannor house, most of the rooms were empty with just a information poster telling you what the room was used for. It has a lovely garden at the rear and gret views of it from the upper rear rooms. It does have a disabled lift but as the flooring is uneven and upper rooms are on different levels I think it would be difficult for most disabled visitors. There is handheld audio tour available free of charge.
