The building is the old Post Office, which has been slowly upgraded and improved for it’s new use.
It’s a lot better than the old collection area, which was at the back of the same building, which was too small and impracticable.
Unless you turn up early there’s often a queue, but there is loads of space for everyone and staff are usually quick to open additional service windows at peak times (ie Saturday lunch time).
If you have your photo ID and delivery card ready, it should only take seconds to get your delivery once you reach the start of the queue.
