The Airdrie «Delivery» Pizza Hut is really quite small, even for a takeaway store. The staff are usually good but there always appears to be more staff in the background than dealing with customers at the front counter. This can be very frustrating when you see your order (online) is sitting on top of the oven and you just have to stand at the counter and wait.
The Pizzas usually have fresh ingredients and are well prepared but I sometimes feel that something’s missing, especially when you compare what’s on offer from the competition in the area.
If it weren’t for the regular offers I wouldn’t find their pizzas worth the visit, but I like to see if there’s something new and exciting that I’ve missed. Sadly it seldom happens.

This Pizza Hut does takeaway only. The staff are generally quite moody and unhelpful but the service is quick and if you phone and place an order it’s usually ready for you to pick up when they say it will be, or else they can deliver it to you and save you even leaving the house. They often send special offers for your next order and they’ve recently started putting a ‘hot dot’ on the boxes which changes colour if you’re pizza is cold and you get a free pizza next time to say sorry. Inside the Pizza Hut is quite basic, with just a counter and a bench round the outside.
