Went here with my gf and had a distinctly average lunch experience. For starters they didn’t have any bacon meaning half the sandwiches were off the menu(later on it seemed like they did have bacon but just hadn’t had time to cook it, if they’d told us this we would’ve waited). They didn’t have any wraps either. When the sandwiches arrived they came with a tiny portion of crisps and salad, meaning there was a massive space on the plate. Every other café I’ve been to for lunch has either given a smaller plate or more salad. The massive plates also made the table too small for our lunch, tea and a scone(the scone was delicious I might add). Oh and they forgot to bring the soup I ordered also. No salt and pepper on the table either. To be a bit pedantic the staff didn’t say«bye» when we left even though they were pretty much standing next to the door. I give 2*s because as an independent café you would expect much better.
