Burger joints like this in London have waits of an hour plus. Angus & Ale do a small menu of 5 or so burgers and do them well.
I’ve had the School hill special, Big jock, and bacon and cheese burgers. All absolutely delicious. The patties are chunky and the remainder of the burger well served, not greasy.
Sides of onion rings are good also.
Atmosphere is somewhat lacking, but that’s fine if you’re aware of the situation.

Need more little places like that in Aberdeen. Clean design, family friendly and great service. Our hamburgers were looking and tasting great. My partners burger was so tasty and juicy and even my turkey burger was great (which can be easily overcooked and dry).
Overall great atmosphere in beautiful part of Abdi — Schoolhill. Our friends, who visited, they also like it here and plan to come back.
On top, they serve my favourite Fentimans lemonades }:)
