— Massage Therapist, with 15 years professional experience, in Portugal and overseas.

— Teacher, with valid certification since 2005 and teaching experience in several Portuguese schools and self organized courses.

— Energy Healing Therapist and Coach in emotional, mental and spiritual help.

Massage Training: deep tissue; hot stones; swedish; ayurveda; and other techniques.

Carla’s professional experience goes through many years working for international spas like Mandara Spa and CanyonRanch Spa, onboard luxury cruises lines like Silversea Cruises and Oceania Cruises, and also for private high-​end chalets in the French Alps.

Nowadays Carla is the owner and working therapist in WellBeing&Living — massage and therapies space, in Póvoa de Varzim, north of Portugal.
