Good quality ice cream, there is not a ton of different flavors(usually less than 10 at a time) but each is a nice and unique flavor inspired by ingredients and desserts in Portugal. The portions are good and they have a mini scoop option for 1euro for kids or adults with smaller bellies. There is a TV where they show how they make the ice cream which is kinda neat although I would take the ice cream and walk around the ria. They also have crepes and waffles if you are hungry or want to share. And they have shakes as well as coffee and coffee drinks, it is a Portuguese establishment after all! It can get busy during the summer and there are no reservations so you may have to wait a bit for a table during peak hours, we are talking a few minutes, nothing frustrating. And again, you have the option to take it with you and enjoy it around Rossio, Praca do peixe and the ria. Try the ovos moles ice cream, you are in Aveiro after all! They sell other Portuguese items like ovos moles, other cookies, licors, vinho do Porto and a variety of different edible souvenirs. The place itself is quite clean and comfortable. In comparison to other ice cream places in town, this one is more reasonably priced.
