Tasca Do Viegas

Went there and had an awesome time, with delicious food. We shared a Fish Cataplana, which was just amazing! Unfortunately the Menue is a little confusing… we all 4 read that the Cataplana is 16,50Euro for 2 people but it’s actually 16,50 each. That was kind of a minus, but like I sad the food was really good.
Oh and the service was great as well! :D

This place is OK, but not more. Would not go again. Had the clams in white wine and garlic for starter, which was really good. Then cod for main course, which was much worse, not exciting at all, and fried a bit too hard, so the meat was a bit like chewing gum. Wife had a carbinoero shell fish, it was cooked alright, but too salty.

Sehr leckeres Essen, vor allem Meerestiere & Fisch.
Wir sind Abends hingegangen im Jahr 2000 und genau 8 Jahre später in
2008 weil wir so gute Erfahrungen & Erinnerungen an dieses Restaurant hatten.
Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht !
Höfliche und humorvolle Kellner die da arbeiten.
Sehr nett geplaudert mit einem Kellner wie sehr sich Albufeira in den letzten 8 Jahren zum «Touristenhorror» verändert hat.
Früher waren noch viele authentike Details zu sehen im Ort und nun ist alles weg.
Z.b. kleine Straßensteine die Platz gemacht haben für große Betonplatten.

Ich kann auf jeden Fall erzählen das die Atmosphäre sehr romantisch ist, direkt am Meer, subtieles Licht, leckeres Essen, gut bezahlbar.
