We called the day of and had great service on the phone. I got all the details I needed and paid with a credit card. We showed up and Carlito was ready for us. He loaded up the van and took us out to get on the water. It was a breeze for us. The glass-​bottom kayaks were ready to go, we had life jackets and a great tour of the bio bay. It was a magical experience to be in the open water under the night sky. Great tour guide and fun time!

Tainos is definitely the company you want to go with. Carlitos was an incredible guide, and it really made my birthday special. The clear bottom kayaks are definitely worth the extra money! GO WITH TAINOS AND GET THE CLEAR BOTTOM KAYAK! Look no further. And also, be sure to join some locals on the Malecon after your tour for some Puerto Rican Moonshine :)

They were super easy to schedule with. We scheduled our tour the day of and it was no problem. Carlitos, our guide, was amazing — so hilarious and so knowledgable. Highly, highly recommend choosing Taino tours to visit the bio bay! We went during the 8:30pm trip, but they also have a trip earlier in the evening.
