I was not expecting good pizza but the«Puerto Rican» pizza, with cheese, onions and pepperoni was delicious. The crust was definitely different than NJ/NY pies, this crust was light, airy with enough crisp to give the illusion of a hearty crust. The cheese and toppings were liberally spread throughout the 4 slice small pie. Each note oozed cheesiness. It was piping hope too when it arrived. I asked for martini olives to liven up a pretty drab side salad. The cucumber slices and tomatoes were so under ripe and unappetizing. I did love the nutty taste of the arugula. Nice to have romaine lettuce over iceberg too. The cappuccino was excellent. I was very impressed with my server who managed lots of tables during the rush hour dinner crowd. He took good care of me. The seats are not that comfortable. I like the linen napkins and ultra modern décor if the place. And when the music plays it feels like a dance club. You feel pretty alive and young.

This pizza place is located in the El San Juan hotel and seems like it is open relatively late. The meat lovers pizza was pretty good with the right amount of toppings and a good crust.

I’m not sure why the reviews on here are so low! My husband and I came here for lunch before heading to the airport and flying home. We wanted something easy that would keep us full, since we knew we wouldn’t be getting meals on our flight home. We got here at 3:00pm and it was pretty empty. We took advantage of the all day breakfast — I got an omelette with mozzarella, tomato, and mushrooms. It came with some crispy fries on the side and toast that had been made in the panini maker(yum!). My hubby got the steak and eggs, which he said were very good, although the steak was a little more cooked than he had asked for. The waitress was very attentive, and the food came out quickly without much of a wait. Overall, a very solid late lunch/brunch. I would definitely return!

Went whit my wife for a night out, after spending a relax time at The Rose we decided to grab something to eat at this place, worst decision ever. After 30 minutes of waiting for are appetizer ask the waiter what was wrong he said they were going to come out soon 15 minutes later no appetizer. Ask for the bill and they were so kind to charge me the drinks.

94.00 for 3 panini’s and a burger. Rip off!!! And service is so pathetically slow. Don’t come hungry.

This place is so slow I feel like eating my own arm. Just ordered s burger thinking that will be quick. How wrong I was. The food we ordered was terrible and we were charged for every single side dish. At least the hotel took care of the charges later on. The BBQ place on the 10th floor is the place to go for dinner.

While staying at the El San Juan Hotel & Casino we ate here twice. Both times the food was incredibly good with evidence the ‘chef’ paid attention to the little details. Ingredients were very high quality, and he even added ingredients at different times during the baking process(i.e. proscuito) to ensure just the right balance of flavors.
