Ehhhhhhhh… here’s the thing. You’ve seen one Sam’s Club, you’ve seen em all. This one has the same samples of frozen food, the same sections, the same crappy clothes that no one buys unless they hate their kids or live in the Midwest… Things that were cheaper and therefore worth Sam’s Club of PR membership and the 30 minute drive to Ponce #1 Don Q Limon. Probably the best Puerto Rican bottled and manufactured liquor I’ve tasted. And it’s 5 dollars cheaper than the cheapest place I found it with a ‘constant customer’ discount(no I’m no drunk, I just eat at that sports bar a lot) #2 Olive oil. I have no idea why but olive oil is ridiculously spendy in these parts. #3 Salad dressing. Other than that, everything was the same price as it is at Supermercado Grande or KMart at Yauco Plaza. Some things, like spaghetti or laundry detergent were MORE expensive. Of course if you look there’s some obvious deals. I think it’s more important to know what’s cheaper here and what you can just go get in town. Clean, cool [good AC], friendly staff.
