In general, we have not been remotely impressed with the food in PR. One last attempt to be wowed before we head home landed us here(I mean, how could you go wrong, it’s the Ritz?). So glad we did! Service was EXCELLENT(best in PR). Location was great! They didn’t even mind that we walked up from the beach and were not guests of the Ritz. Fish tacos and Caribbean pot were really good. Would highly recommend. Super casual or dressy, either works here.

Yum yum fish tacos in my tum! GREAT fish tacos!!! I love fish tacos and would eat them every day. These were great!!! Amazing service(this is the Ritz so what more would you expect)! Also, the nachos were so good and a massive portion! The drinks are good, if a little pricey. Great place for lunch if you’re at the Ritz-Carlton or nearby. We were there midafternoon when we arrived after flying in and it was a great little meal to tide us over until dinner.

We walked down the beach from our hotel to get here. Great ocean location. Yummy chips and salsa and guacamole. Tasty truffle fries. Average BLT. Overall, nice lunch!

Great food combining American cuisine with local ingredients and flavors. Fish tacos and burgers were excellent. Ate there 3 out of 6 nights after trying local restaurants and being underwhelmed. The ocean view to one side and the gorgeous pool view on the other was not too shabby either.

Nice low key option for simple dinner at decent price(for the Ritz anyway). Great service with a smile. Chorizo and plaintain croquettes are a must! Mahi tacos were good except I am not one for lots of random toppings on my food-these would have been perfect with just the fish and sauce. Ocean breeze and live classical guitar player made for a relaxing meal.

Amazing service by the pool area. I had a media luna sandwich and chips. The only draw is the air times for food but overall great food and decent price.

I ate here everyday during my stay! If you don’t remembered anything I typed, please remember these entrée choices. 1. Blue cheese burger request the mango barbecue sauce on the side 2. Truffle fries. for those garlic & Parmesan lovers 3. Churrasco with the salad. They’re all good. I truly recommend the blue cheese burger!!! Great atmosphere and very hospitable people both the workers and guest. Whatever you do, do not forget the barbecue sauce!

When you are reDy to relax and it think about anything this is the place. Sit back with a drink and think about absolutely nothing.

Staying at the Ritz so I went down to hang out by the pool. The entire atmosphere is amazing. The bartenders were super nice and helpful. The drink I got was s raspberry colada and it was delicious. It also looked good which is just an added bonus. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the price… Which I guess you should expect if you’re at the Ritz in Puerto Rico…

I am giving this place 5 stars because for an appetizer based menu it’s pretty good. Staff is super friendly. Only down side is extremely pricy but comes with the hotel. $ 20 chicken quesadilla is up there in price but definitely tasty!

We went here for lunch since we were waiting for our room to be done. The place was nice and pretty view. We ordered the Cuban, The Angus, Fish Tacos, and 2 kids meal, which all were good. The kids meals are expensive. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. There are other places that I think it taste better for a reasonable price.

The Ocean bar was awesome except during the world cup last week there were NOTV’s to watch it on! Staff was always friendly and nice and very helpful, but drinks were too pricey! #Fail

A wonderful welcome from the staff here gives one such a good feeling. The food is fresh and delicious and the espresso at the end of the meal was my heaven while I enjoyed a postcard view of the aquamarine Caribbean water of Isla Verde beach. A must try for an excellent lunch

Had lunch in the dining area — we had the fish tacos & it was full of flavors. Our waiter, Jason was excellent. Later on after a day by the poolside, my friend & I went back to the bar for happy hours. Happy hours was limited to «Bacardi» only cocktails & the cocktails options were quite limited. We ordered the mojitos, the waiter declared, there is no mint for mojito; & started to steer us to the frozen drink options. We are not frozen drinkers. Asked for the mojito, minus the mint. The bar tender started to elevate his voice indicating it’s «lemonade!» I asked for a second wedge of fresh lime & with a loud voice he said, «there is a camera looking at me I can’t give you more.» It was then that I decided — I like staying at the Ritz, but don’t like drinking at the poolside bar. The bar is in an ideal location, but the service is poor. I’m sorry I have to post this review, but the truth must be told.

Wasted a $ 10 cab ride to find out they only serve an appetizer menu. We walked out. Nice atmosphere to bad.

I became a regular at The Ocean Bar. We enjoyed a few meals here, we enjoyed even more beverages here. The view from the bar is amazing. Only a glass wall separates you from Isle Verde beach. And it’s a stunning view. Service here is decent. When you are in PR, you are on island time. No one is on much of a hurry. And you should not be, either. Some of the things we had here were wraps, salads, crudités served with hummus. All in all, everything was fresh and tasty. And service was friendly and very casual.

The Ocean Bar & Grill is also the restaurant that provides beach and pool-side dining and drinks at the Ritz. We ordered beach-side a couple of times and we ate at the grill itself one day for lunch. Of course, prices are sky high for basics like wraps and sandwiches, but the quality was pretty good. Drink prices are astronomical at around $ 14 a pop for a basic mojito, so I’d recommend rolling with the much more reasonable light beers beyond that first(but very necessary) mojito on the beach. Chicken quesadillas, a turkey wrap and a cubano sandwich were all solid choices. Service was great.

For a hotel restaurant in a touristy area, the prices were what I expected them to be. Prices are always higher but I didn’t think they were exorbitant for a hotel. This is a casual restaurant & bar by the beach at the Ritz, and very good option for lunch or drinks. We went for lunch and had the fish tacos and turkey BLT wrap. The food was good, and the portions were decent so we didn’t feel cheated. The turkey was sliced, roasted breast and surprisingly moist and filled most of the wrap instead of fillers like lettuce. The view right by the beach is great. It’s a casual beach bar & grill and the décor was casual and low-key which seems appropriate. Nothing fancy or over the top.
