Delightful small plates, surprisingly tasty since they are doing two things(food & books), nice little cozy bookstore, calm atmosphere, relaxing stop after seeing an awful lot of crypts at the cathedral…

It is not only a wonderful small bookstore, it is located on the best street in Cracow, you may hear someone playing a violin on the square in front of it. Good wifi, i worked here daily with a hot mulled beer or wine, good coffee or excellent pastries. Buckwheat pierogies with bacon are«to die for».

Awesome, awesome, awesome. Tied for the best service we experienced in our two week travel in Poland. Amazing food-I looked at the menu and expected to get something New American style as I would in Chicago, but nope! They took that style and made it Polski and it was MOUTHWATERING. Drinks are delicious-I got a citrus flavored drink and they made it fresh within view of our table-yum! Plus free wifi, lots of hidden books and crannies in which one can hide and have intimate debates on Tolstoy, or crush awkwardly in Eng-ski(half English, half Polish). I’m sure the book selection was amazing, I’m not fluent in written polish so it wasn’t for me. If you need a place to sit after Wawel-this is place is it!!!

Popped in one morning for a cappuccino. Service was prompt and friendly. We snagged a table outside overlooking the square and proceeded to people watch. The cappuccino was good — not the best I’ve ever had but not the worst either. I felt the portion size was very, very small and it wasn’t hot enough. Didn’t have a chance to browse the bookstore because I have no interest in paper books but many people seemed to be happily enjoying their book browsing.

Tea, coffee and books; this place is a gem. A well rounded selection of books, photo albums, novels, historical and art, including a selection in english, spanish and italian if I remember correctly. I adore this place. The coffee is good, the tea is hot, tasty and comes in a giant tea cup, the atmosphere is cozy; I can sit here for hours. Free wifi available.
