Day or night, this is the BEST place to look out over Wellington. Good facilities, and the views are simply magnificent. If you are in the area of the Botanical Gardens, cable car, etc. you should definitely add this to your spots to stop. ;-)

The site from the top of Wellington is OK… And the cable car museum is nothing to venture up to the top for! A round trip ticket is $ 7 NZ which is fair however, nothing much to see at the top!

Brilliant Place to be. The views are amazing (Day and Night). Costs for the Cable Car are cheap and save you LOTS of Walking uphill. At the peak you can either visit the botanical gardens or the Carter Observatory both worth a visit.
