My favorite outdoor store. I could not find the shoes I wanted in my size or the colour I wanted.. The staff offered to check with another branch, which they did. A day or so later my item arrived.
The staff always make me feel welcome, they know quite detailed information on their products too.
I’ll be back.

I have frequented this branch of Bivouac for getting gear repaired and I always experience great service. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and have personal outdoors experience which makes a massive difference.
I had a faulty SteriPen and a damaged Leatherman and I took both back and the process of getting it sent away and being contacted later for pick up was simple and hassle-​free. (Plus my replacement/​repair respectively were free since they fell under warranty. Win!) They were very accommodating when I said I wouldn’t be able to be contacted and accepted an alternate contact number for someone to call on my behalf.
The staff also showed a genuine interest in the trip I was embarking on and also happily put items aside for me when I called ahead to put something on hold.
