White Cross Glenfield

It was a week day afternoon and my child woke up from his afternoon nap, however there was something wrong, after close inspection, I realized that from one ear appeared blood.
I called to refresh where Whitecross was located, and I was in the car and off to Accident and Medical Glenfield in a hurry.
They were located right across from the Westfield Mall on Glenfield road, so very easy to find, what a relief. Free parking for customers made it a smooth arrival.
As a first time patient, I filled out a form for my boy, and then let him play in the kids zone set up for toddlers and little kids while we waited.
First step we got called up to see the clinic nurse who took my sons temperature.
After a few minutes wait back in the waiting room, we were called in to see one of the clinic doctors. It so happened he had scratched a bit of the inside with either his nail or something he was playing with. Relieved I was sent off with a prescription for antibiotic cream to relieve the scratch.
I am impressed with the time management, and the professional ease that the staff dealt with my emergency.
