Poor telephone service and a clear lack of empathy or desire to help solve an urgent problem with a broken Mac.
Even after contact from Apple in the USA the Apple staff had to phone me back and report that Ubertec had refused to offer any assistance.
I don’t feel this company has lived up to their listed «premium» apple repair status.

Macbooks are super expensive. So when mine decided to glitch in the middle of an upgrade I instantly panicked. A friend suggested I try Ubertech, as he had previously received outstanding service from them hisself.
Outstanding is right. The staff were so genuine, it was so great to talk to someone who actually cared, and understood my problem. Within an hour my computer was fixed, free of charge and I could go back to online shopping with money I don’t have and Facebook stalking acquaintances. Thanks again Ubertech!

When it comes to purchasing large electronic items, I like to come to Ubertech because I know they respect their customers and always go that extra mile. I know this because I once purchased a very expensive hard-​drive from here. It is supposed to be one of the best ones you can buy and it was great for the first two years, then it had a fault. I had lost the receipt that came with it and I wasn’t sure if it was still under warranty, but I took it back here and they were just amazing. They searched their database and found that I had purchased it from them, they sent my hard-​drive back to the manufacturer, managed to get all my files off the old one and then gave me a brand new one all free of charge and it only took about a week. This to me was just exceptional customer service! So when I decided I wanted to purchase an iPad, naturally this is where I wanted to get it from. I called ahead and they put it on hold for me and all I had to do was go and pick it up, so easy. It’s a lovely looking store with all their products beautifully displayed, they are Apple specialists so all of their products are either Apple or designed to work with it. With really good onsite parking too it is definitely the best Apple supplier in my opinion.

They always have amazingly friendly service and helpful tech staff who are really knowledgeable. They are really willing to go the extra mile — last time I had a problem with my Mac they were happy to come pick it up — that’s pretty great service right there!
Communication throughout the whole procedure was fantastic and they kept to all their time promises.
Their new shop is bigger and has more products available.
Highly recommended for all Mac users!
