I recently used Smith & Partner’s legal services in Auckland NZ, I found that their response to my enquiries was very slow, they didn’t keep me up to date on the progress and I had to call them to find out where I was at. Instead of getting their initial response, I subsequently received the bills from their receptionist, and I paid them straight away. Anyway, from my dealings with Smith&Partners I felt they were quite inattentive and negligent towards their clients.
Btw, I do like their new website though, hence an extra star for it.
