This is my local fish and chip shop owned and run by a Chinese couple. The fish is always fresh, and the chips crisp and crunchy. I order usually three pieces of Tarakihi or Snapper, with five dollars worth of chips and that is sufficient enough for a meal for four. Fish servings are large, however over the years the chip servings have become smaller, so I buy five dollars worth which once was three dollars, but that’s no worry. A great bonus also about this fish and chip shop, there is also Chinese food on the menu and other treats such as hot dogs on a stick, chicken bites, and grilled sandwiches. If you must indulge with a deep fried Mars bar, lots to offer and always enjoyed.
