Hertz

Booked a IDAR car (Toyota Camry) for a 3 day weekend. The rate was great (book for 3, pay for 2). Arrived to pick up the car and as I’m a member of Hertz Gold Plus Rewards — free to join — all the paperwork had already been completed and all I had to do was chose whether I wanted a Toyota Camry and a Ford Mondeo.
The car was new and clean. When we returned it, we got stuck in traffic and called Hertz to advise we would be 1.5−2hours late and they told us not to worry. Very nice, as they could have charged us for another whole day.
Only mild complaint was that the rate I booked was not given to me when I checked my receipt, so will query this with their head office when I get round to it.
Overall, efficient, effective, professional, with new clean cars for a great price. Couldn’t ask for much more.
