You know how they say you should never do the grocery shopping on an empty stomach? Well this is the place to save you from chocolatey impulse-​buys.
You can order food from the window facing the footpath or from just inside the supermarket. I always get a coffee to brace myself for the food shopping, and they make it just to my taste — strong but never bitter.
I’ve also been known to occasionally pick up a little something to ease me into the vege aisle too. I love the scones, but they also have more substantial stuff like pies, pastries, and wraps, as well as yummy treats like gelato, and a little seating area with cheerful red chandeliers just inside the supermarket entrance, in case it gets too much.
