Bayside Property Rentals

Gosh. I had the misfortune of experiencing Bayside Property Rentals when my sister went through them for her St Heliers apartment. I think it’s very safe to say that neither of us will every deal with them again.
We popped in here at the start of my sister’s rental and you would honestly think the woman we dealt with hated us. I’m not exaggerating. She was rude, she was argumentative, she was unhelpful, and just a scary piece of work in general. We had a few minor hiccups to sort out with the rental (these things happen to the best of us) and you’d think we were criminals. On top of it all, the office space is so tiny I kind of felt like I was trapped. eek!
This place needs a major customer service overhaul, although I guess there’s not much motivation for that kind of thing with the property market as tight as it is.
I walked past recently and noticed they had a doggie water bowl out. Which is really quite nice considering they’re not a restaurant or anything. But it wasn’t enough to warm my opinion of them any.
