I visited another one of their stores, and they were sold out of the 4 digit combination lock I wanted that is TSA compliant.
That store called this St. Lukes location, and they held their last two in stock for me.
I paid via credit card, and when I got back to my hotel to set the combo, I realized one of the locks, manufactured by Samsonite, was defective.
I telephoned the store, and they issued a credit to my credit card, which appeared a few days later.
What awesome service!!!
