A recent, fairly standard ankle sprain led me to seek a convenient physiotherapist on the North Shore. One of my main criteria was that the physio would be free on ACC, as many physios I contacted charged a surcharge. An extra $ 11 per session may not seem much but it adds up over 6 – 8 sessions.
Absolute Physio is one such clinic, free on ACC, and they offer hour long session times rather which is also rare.
The place itself is a little shabby, but the staff are very professional and I was back in working order in no time. Would visit again for any other injuries.
