Stayed here for 8 nights in Jan/Feb, 2016. Amazing stay pretty much sums it up. If you want to hang with loud partiers who love the all inclusive resorts do not come here. Like other Four Seasons, the PV property has impeccable service, gourmet foods and top notch cocktails and wine choices. The ocean view rooms are the way to go. This is just a great resort to go to for some serious chill time. The staff will value your privacy and you won’t be bothered with the pool games found at most other Mexico resorts. It’s telling that me and my husband were together pretty much 24 hours for 8 nights and we didn’t snip at one another once! Yep, that is how relaxed we were! Early February is a great time to come to PV. Less crowded than at Christmas or Spring break time and the weather was perfect. Low to mid 80’s, sunny every day and I have the tan to prove it! ;-)

Welcome to Mexico Riviera — a true oasis of white sand beach, ski blue Ocean, palms and natural beauty. Located in the private property where are also a couple of other hotels, golf course and private villas. Not very easy to find, they didn’t put any sign or notice at the entrance to that territory, so we had to ask in the neighborhood. But when you are finally there — you’ll feel yourself at home. Rooms there are called«casitas». There are few separate buildings comprising elegantly decorated guest rooms. Our room was on the ground floor, oceanfront, with a swell terrace and a hammock outside — that’s an excellent idea to hang it there, to enjoy a splendid sunset rocking out, sipping a glass of Champagne with strawberries… What else can bring more harmony and tranquility in your life?! Very spacious room and bathroom, with a comfy mattress. It’s a Four Seasons, according to its standards it can’t be any other way, it has to be comfortable and cozy — which it is. Everything there was favorable and on its place. They even get you a complimentary set to make margarita in the room. Or you can drink this tequila straight, why bother?! Beside rooms they have residencies suitable for big families. Breakfast was a bountiful buffet. There are few restaurants offering exquisite and freshest food for you to enjoy for lunch and dinner. Bars too. What we liked a lot was their«Fish Market». As far as I remember it was twice a week in the middle of the day right at the beach: you can see the freshest catch of local fishermen, choose what you like the most and ask chef to cook it the way you like or may be recommend you something of his own creative ways of cooking for your selection. And then ask it to be delivered as the room service or to serve at the restaurant. They also organize romantic dinners out at the cliff. And if you’re staying for a few days in a raw or a week at least, you’ll get the opportunity to do their wine tasting at 5 o’clock. We had only one occasion. Great wines, American, with a selection of flavorous and delicate cheese. What else they’ve got there?! Infinity pool of course and hot tub. Private beach is only for the hotel guests. You can rent a cabana there. But the water in the ocean was rough and stormy most of the time. May be it was just not right time. Nobody swam. And when it was calmer a bit we tried and I’ve got attacked by jelly fish, which was not pleasant at all and very painful. That’s the only disappointment. But I don’t think that it’s their fault, it’s nature fault that they exist at all… You can rent snorkeling and diving gear from them. I saw people surfing too. You can’t rent Jet Ski with them unfortunately. But if you go to the village itself, which is 5 minutes by car, you can rent there. They have plenty of different activities for kids and families: salsa dancing, arts and crafts, even marshmallow grilling on the beach in the evening. Gym is pretty huge. There is a lot of different cardio equipment: treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes, stair climbers. Strength trainers, weights. They even have classes, like stretch, Pilates and cycling. Complimentary various juices and teas, fruits and granola bars. There are sauna and steam room. Don’t want indoor sports — try Golf, tennis or volleyball. Or water sports. Or just enjoy your idleness and ease, you’re on holidays! SPA services weren’t tried this time. But I’m sure, that is on the level too. And they offer all the services they have in your room for your convenience. There are few boutiques and even a gourmet store where you can buy wine, cheese, desserts may be, meat cuts and yet foie gras. Ice cream too. They put free of charge washing and drying machines for your disposal. Special packages like 3d night free, bed and breakfast, golf and SPA and more. Staff is polite, courteous and kind as in all the Four Seasons resorts, this one is no exception. We had an evening flight and late checkout was not a problem. A nice place to remember and come back someday.

Beautiful resort with gorgeous pool, landscaped gardens. The only reason I did not give this resort a 5-star is because the bathrooms are slightly outdated. But other than that, my stay at the resort was amazing. Ocean front casitas are definitely the way to go. You wake up looking at the ocean, hearing the waves hit the rocks, and watching the boats depart for the day. The restaurant near the pool has great mango margaritas and guacamole. If you like duck, they also serve the best crispy duck tacos…

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. We stayed in the oceanfront room and I can’t explain how unbelievable the view was! The bathroom was a little small but with a view like that, who would really notice? The pools are stunning and the beach chairs and swinging loungers are phenomenal. The service is a little slow all around but the amenities are amazing and everything is just gorgeous! Room service food and the restaurant food are great and the drinks are amazing!

Came here for dinner after my sister’s intimate wedding ceremony in Sayulita with 11 people total. We were very last minute and low key in planning so we made the reservation about one day in advance. We were treated so well and the staff were very helpful as we made our way to the restaurant which required a golf cart ride with my sister in her big wedding dress. The dinner was absolutely delicious and fresh. Mexico is not exactly known for its fresh vegetables but the whole meal was a refreshing break from the carbs and meat we’d been eating in the little beach town. Definitely the most refined culinary experience I had in my two weeks there. Afterwards the chef came out to congratulate the bride and groom and gave us some dessert and wine gratis as a thanks for celebrating their marriage at the restaurant. That kind of hospitality can’t be beat!

This is by far the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. The resort is impeccable and the staff is AMAZING. They are«on it» and do not make mistakes. They are always going the extra mile to make your stay wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing time! We will return soon
