We happen to see this as we were wine tasting, and decided to give it a try. Wow, from the service you get as you walk in the door to every meal, this hidden gem will not fail to impress. Do not let the modest décor fool you, the menu offers a wide variety of salads, seafood, sandwiches an more. Come with an appetite as the starter tortilla soup was excellent and my starter salad had hearts of palm, apple, cantaloupe and fresh greens with a light blue cheese dressing. I got the chicken special of the day which was covered in a red wine sauce with mushrooms. The shrimp served with pineapple was outstanding and you must try the house salsa made with olive oil! Note: it says they take credit cards, but we were told they don’t so play it safe and bring cash.

This restaurant is excellent! Food was great, I had camarones al ajillo and they are delicious. the service also is excellent, the manager is always there to make sure you get the best food and service. Me and my husband also went to eat breakfast the next day and they have a lot of variety for an excellent price… I am mexican and trust me this was real mexican food, we also brought our pet and they treat him so nice!
We highly recommend it for either breakfast, lunch or dinner… we came twice in our visit to ensenada and la ruta del vino and were impressed with the food and the service !
