California Beer and Tacos

We each had ordered two tacos each. And then, after that couldn’t resist ordering another two each. My tastebuds could have easily downed another two after that, but my full stomach smartly told me otherwise.
We left a dollar on their wall map of dollars, but space is definitely limited!

We were looking for a local little spot in Ensenada for a beer and guacamole — boy did we find the perfect spot — great food good prices and Bullio (the owner) was friendly and engaging — great music topped off our day!!!

Solid food, good service, and very friendly people. It’s not a *wow* type place, but one worth visiting to experience well cooked food and strong drinks at a low price.

This was they type of place we were looking for after docking from our cruise ship in Ensenada for the day. Cheap beer, cheap tacos, and great service. We were at Beers and Papas earlier and It was too Americanized for us. The whole menu and pricing was something we could easily find in San Diego (which was where most were from). This place had a 10 beers for $ 20 deal which was enough to pull us in. I got 3 tacos — steak, fish and shrimp. They were all really good. I think the fish and shrimp were my favorite.
They also have outdoor seating which was really nice when the sun is out.
Overall, this is a good place to get tacos and beers.

California Beer and Tacos in Ensenada Mexico is the new hot spot. This place was recommended by the locals here as this is the new joint that has some kick @ss tacos so we had to peep this place out yo.
Located near the Cruise-​line tourist area in Ensenada, you can shuttle to this shopping area for about $ 3/​round trip. With outdoor and indoor seating, we chose inside as the streets can get a little buck wild.
What did we order:
Guacamole — comes with chips and a large bowl of guacamole, really delicioso, a perfect way to start off your meal, and big enough to share with 4 – 5 people.
Steak Cheese Tacos — so good, the carne asada was on point and the cheese was o so good!
Fish Chievche — must order, a little secret they also use shark meat in this, and I have to say it tasted like no other Chievche I’ve ever had!?!
So if you’re in the area, you have to peep this place out, they have great service, clean restroom, and the food is really authentic/​amazing!
