Service was terrible especially for an airport. Took over 40 minutes for a burger to come out. Food was on par with a grade school cafeteria and the worst French fries I have ever had. Only time I have walked away from the table with fries still on my plate.

Average overall. You easily spend $ 50 for two people in this place. Keep in mind that they charge you for something called ‘cubierto un’ at $ 14 pesos per person. I am not sure what this is, but it’s what I saw on the check — and according to my brother — he read it on the menu that this will be included. The food we ordered was a Sarteneta, a pasta with tomato and bacon, and 4 virgin piña colada. Overall, the price is 798 pesos or $ 50 usd. The food was okay but nothing to really rave about — it’s just the better option compared to everywhere else in the airport. The service was okay, but you will need to keep waving or calling out to the waiter to get their attention if you need something. Ours tended to wander off to chat up the hostess, which was cinvenient because he was still close enough to call out to.

This place is not very good. Service is horrible food mediocre. Chicken tacos were taquetos and were cold In the middle. Waiter never ever came back after taking our order. They also charge a service charge just for sitting I the place !

On the plus side, I got seated, ordered, and was served a beer and cool salsa & chips side right away! The beer was served with a slice of line and it was ice cold. I chose the grilled shrimp tacos with white rice. Again, my order came quickly — 3 Taos and ½ cup of rice. The shrimp were grilled just right. Total came to $ 18. Considering that we’re evaluating resort airport food, I gave the meal & experience and 4 stars. I’d definitely eat here agin.

Drinks are super watered down but the food wasn’t bad before getting on the airplane for a flight. I had the grilled chicken platter– trying to keep it healthy and it really was just right before a flight.

Pretty underwhelming, frankly. My husband got a burger and fries, which he said was decent. He thought a sauce was supposed to be on it, but there wasn’t any. I got the chefs salad and it was laughable. STRIPS of bacon, not chopped, just strips all up in there. LARGESTRIPS of turkey deli meat, and not chopped up. A huge lump of cheese and some whole green olives. GREEN olives??? I could have sworn I didn’t see any green olives in the description. There was a whole egg sliced in half and it didn’t look too awesome so I just skipped that. There were also two wedges of tomatoes buried deep in there. I picked through it. Ate all the lettuce and was left with a huge pile of shredded cheese on my plate. The dressing was delicious, though! The chips n salsa they put out on the table was quite delicious. The service was friendly and prompt. Let’s face it, you’re in a Mexican airport trying to order American food. Don’t expect much, man. Take a clue when they spell«chili» on their sign«chilly». No, seriously, they do.

Even for airport food this was a new low. BBQ chicken drowned in BBQ sauce, and enchiladas that were drowned in something they claimed was enchilada sauce. It was bar-none the worst meal I’ve had all year, and the worst I’ve ever had at an airport. Almost forgot — a 13-peso«cover charge» per person. WTF? The«cooks» for this place need to reconsider their career choices.
