Our little family came here for dinner during our mid-​Nov visit to Bucerias. For a few days as we walked by, there was a little gelato cart where we stopped and chatted (and got gelato’s!) from the owners & chef who were getting ready for their soft open. We came in on their first official day and it was delicious! The Italian chef, Filippo, was in heaven when we told him that we wanted a pizza off-​menu– «come up with something for us– no allergies, love everything, eat spicy». We were told this was his dream! And we were well rewarded :)
The owners (Naim & Fernando), Filippo, and the staff (Victor) are hospitable and lovely. We are glad that we decided to break our vacation rule and actually eat something that was not local cuisine! We wish them the best of luck as they start their business… we feel they are our friends after our memorable dinner in their brand-​new restaurant!
