This is one of the lousy restaurants i been to. The taste of their food is average but its overpriced. Its almost impossible to get a parking nearby. Its crowded and people talk so loud every time. The chairs and table isnt comfortable at all. And its very cramped inside. Only good thing about this place is the shisha and service.

Our favorite place to chill with good food and pizza at Oregi SS15 Subang Jaya. They serve varieties of western and Arabic cuisine. The always food that we never failed to order everytime we visited Oregi is their Beef Spaghetti Carbonara. Creamy pasta with cream sauce and cheese that melts inn your mouth. I love the consistency of their Carbonara as it is not that thick nor too watery. It is just in the right consistency. Another must order food at Oregi is their Arees. It is a charcoal toast Arabic flat bread that is filled with meat and served with their BEST dip. The food here is really good with friendly staff and quick service. Besides that, they have shisha as well. The shisha there is great too. This will be one of our frequent latenight go to place for a great shisha with delicious yummy food. where to if Oregi is not the place?

One of the restaurants my church friends wanted to use to persuade me into believing that ss15 is a great place. I actually have big fear towards ss15’s traffic jam that happens very often, but after trying out oregi, i think i might actually come to ss15 purposely for it! This place is very well known for their lamb dishes and other middle eastern cuisines, and also for their shisha! What i have come to try here is their lamb rice! If you’re someone who likes lamb dishes too, you need to check this place out. Their lamb here is cooked to such tenderness and the rice that they serve is so fragrant and at the same time, not too oily. They serve their rice dishes with their special soup too, for people who like thick broth, you will love their soup. I completely finished mine! However, my friends were telling me that their portion here used to be bigger, so i suppose what i got was a smaller portion and lesser meat? Regardless of that, the portion served for their price is still fair in my opinion. Do note that its quite hard to get a parking space here, it’s ss15 after all eh?

Oregi is a famous hangout spot for most people in Subang and it is usually for their shisha. Although I must say that the area is rather dirty with table situated next to the drains and on the road with occasional appearance of rats running around, many people still enjoy hanging out here. But irrespective of the environment, they do serve pretty good lamb chops and grilled fish costing just under RM20. The shisha is also good there. Overall, despite of the environment, I still do visit once in a while to sit down for a chat over some food and shisha. However, I do really hope that they do clean up the area a bit for a more comfortable environment.

Although located in one of the most difficult places to find parking, those living around the Subang area who like middle eastern food or shisha would definitely appreciate this place. Oregi serves good and cheap middle eastern food. They also serve western food as well, although it doesn’t taste very good, in my opinion. As for drinks, Oregi has their own signature strawberry drink, which is one of my favorites there. For those that like going for shisha, oregi is one of the cheaper places to do that.

A Subang shisha staple, Oregi is has never been known to be empty at nights even on a Monday. As a fellow Subang-ian, I find myself there most nights for their food actually. They are known for their Arabic fare but they have mean Grilled Dory Fish which is my go-to whenever I’m there. Be warned though, the place is usually a haze of shisha smoke and patrons can get a little teary-eyed from all that smoke and the smell is pretty pungent. Cleanliness is pretty much you’d expect from a ‘Mamak’ type of restaurant. let’s not even go there. But hey, it’s one of the few Subang Mamaks that stay open till pretty late.

A popular spot among the youths within the Subang area, Oregi serves Arabic and Western food and the reason why everyone is able to sit down and talk for hours on end or myself at least, shisha. If you’re from Subang chances are you’ll probably run into an old high school mate here and engage in a couple of minutes of small talk. I can’t recall exactly, but I sampled a sort of grilled skewered chicken which was average in taste however the portion was very underwhelming and just in case you didn’t already know, SS15 has been notorious for housing some of the most obese form of rats in the Klang Valley. The occasional rat will always be in sight around the drains, so if you decide to pay a visit, look away and keep your eyes fixated on the pretty girl next to your table. Would usually go here just for the shisha and a glass of teh’o ais(iced tea).
