Best fast food meal in Tropicana City Mall for cheap? Make your way to Eat N’ Run on Lower Ground cause this place really gives you a bang for your buck and will satisfy that growling tummy. There are 4 steps in choosing your meal: 1. Butter Rice /Pasta 2. Chicken /Fish Fillet 3. Coleslaw /Pickled Salad /Scrambled eggs with Beans 4. A variety of 6 kinds of sauces to top it all off Reading all that already makes me doubt my stomach capacity if it hasn’t already got you doubting yours! What’s great is that all that will come for a price of only RM10, no joke– and that’s what makes me love this place even more. I personally believe the food here is delicious, well, considering the price you pay of course. I love their fried chicken but I know some people who will think that the chicken is a tad greasy but I can’t complain cause hey, it’s deep fried doi. If you wanna add a drink to your meal, all it costs is an extra RM1 to your bill and you can choose between Iced Lemon Tea or Iced Peach Tea.

Yes, if you want something to snag on, this would be an ideal store. It kinda reminded me like the Humble Chef or Little Fat Duck concept where they serve spaghetti in a reasonable(actually small) portion with some meat or vegetables by the side. Indeed, the dishes in this store is value for money. The difference though, that this store’s menu is more straightforward where you pick your meat and you pick your sauce. If I’m not mistaken there is about half a dozen of sauce to pick from! In my opinion, the taste of the food was just«meh» but hey it is fast food after all! :p

Fast food has never been this tasty or convenient. If one is ever in a rush or can’t choose between any of the pricier eateries in Tropicana, this is the easy and convenient way to go. Basically you choose from either fish or chicken. I personally always go with fish as I feel the batter on this is not as thick as with the chicken. I also always go with the garlic spaghetti and mushroom sauce that I pour over the meat and noodles. Their side of baked beans with egg is the best in my opinion. I think what keeps me coming back is definitely the prices which is less than RM15 per set. In the past it used to be just RM8.90 but we have to keep up with the times and realize it’s rare to get fulfilling western meals for that price range anymore.

Eat N’Run is literally eat and run. The food here comes really fast and also is really good for the price you pay. This would be the place where I would usually have a meal before I head for a movie with my fiancé. Why? Like I said it is cheap and it serve two of my favourite things. One is fried chicken chop and two is the garlic spaghetti. I usually would have chicken chop and spaghetti with black pepper sauce and additional mushroom sauce. I would mix the sauces together with the chicken chop and also the pasta. It makes a good combination. All together, this meal would cost below RM15 but when GST hits, I can’t predict what would happen.

I believe many of you hardly notice Eat N’ Run in Tropicana City Mall. It’s a small eatery located at Lower Ground floor, same row as GNC and Juice Work. I’ve had my meal at Eat N’ Run previously when I was in a hurry. Eat N’ Run is a fast food concept, but they have spaghetti and rice dishes on their menu. The menu is very simple and straight forward. You choose your main course(fish or chicken) with either rice of spaghetti, and the sauce you preferred. The meal doesn’t come with any drinks, but you just need to add on RM1 for a drink. The food at Eat N’ Run was not too bad. Though not very outstanding, but is pretty good for a fast food concept. The pricing ranges from RM8.90 to RM10.90. If you need something quick for a meal and want something more than just friend chicken, Eat N’ Run is a good choice.

I bet Eat N’ Run is easily missed from people’s sight. This is because it is located at a corner which people may not pass occasionally; meanwhile, it is a very small unit. Such a coincidence, my friend and I passed by and we were seeking for food. When we saw Eat N’ Run, we were wondering when it opened in Tropicana City Mall. Well, eventually it has been opening since 2012. Eat N’ Run is a fast food concept restaurant. Customers pick their choice and pay at the counter. When the food is ready, the crew will deliver it to you table. Menu was simple to understand, choose your main course; either fish or chicken, with rice or spaghetti. Then, choose your sauce(6 sauces were available) and if you would like to have a drink, add additional RM1. We ordered fried chicken; one with rice and one with spaghetti. And also, we chose different sauces so that we can try each other’s meal. The batter coating was thick; however, it was crunchy. The chicken was soft and fresh. It would be great if the coating can be thinner. The portion of rice and spaghetti were average, it was enough to make you full. All in all, Eat N’ Run, like its name, you eat and you run. Fast and convenient. The price range is reasonable, around RM8.90 to RM10.90 per set. If you are going to Tropicana City Mall, you can spot for Eat N’ Run for your meal.
