Good place for Shisha and the regular mamak stuff. Parking can be a pain at times though, especially at night.

Canai Café is probably one of the busiest mamaks in SS15. I like to go there for their maggie goreng. It’s somehow different from the rest — like they add in their own ingredients. You can choose to add on some fried chicken pieces or even Tandoori chicken if you like. As said in the name, they are probably one of the mamaks that whip out the best roti canai. It’s always fresh and soft. One is never enough. I have to have a least two pieces. Though some people like it with sugar, I like it with some fish curry on the side. I don’t like mine all drowned in curry and soggy. It doesn’t taste or look appealing to me so I like it dry and dipped in curry as I go on to eat it. I love their teh ais more than anything else. It has a very nice tea fragrance but get them not to flood the whole thing with sweetened condensed milk though.

Canai 15 is a local mamak on SS15 serving up delicious Malaysian and Indian food. I’ve always loved local food because it is full of flavour and very filling and this was no exception! This is one of the better places to hang out at night, or just for a quick meal. The maggi goreng tambah telur was so tasty I polished off 2 plates of it. The nasi goreng kambing is also one of their signature dishes. It’s always packed so you might have to wait around for a table especially if you come in a larger group. They have a wide selection of foods to choose from and the food here comes out really fast. If you also love to shisha, come and try it out here at Canai 15 — the place is also airy and great to chill. Great food and ambience at an affordable price!

Canai Café is actually a mamak stall. Both my local and foreign friends enjoy coming over here for breakfast because there aren’t many people in the morning so looking for parking is relatively easy and the air is just so fresh and cooling. The nasi lemak and bihun goreng, along with the deliciously spiced but not too overpowering sambal is the perfect combination for anyone to start off their day with. Just like every other mamaks, the drinks may be a little sweet so ask for ‘kurang manis’. In the evening, the shop is always packed with both students and adults alike. The shisha here is pretty good too. All in all a good and cheap place to have a decent meal at.

Canai is always full house at night somehow and parking around there is scarce. You would probably have to either double park or park further away and walk. Tables are also quite scarce as well especially during football nights as fans are there watching football on the screens. In addition, they also have shisha there for those who likes to chill with a bong. Food is pretty decent and I do like their Nasi goreng kambing although the it costs nearly 10 bucks. Then again, mutton doesn’t come cheap. It’s a pretty nice place to hangout but not my spot as its always so crowded and it’s hard to find a place sometimes.

Canai café has to be one of the best, well-known mamaks in ss15. Every student who studies in subang is sure to know this place when mentioned. It is normally filled with large crowds in the evening till late at night. With a name like Canai café, it is only obvious that they are known for their roti canai! They have quite a big variety of food and drinks to choose like half boiled eggs, maggi mee, limau ais, milo ais, teh ais limau– the mamak usuals. But as for now, they even have kebabs and keropok lekor cheese which are pretty good. Many people come here to chill and hangout with their friends while having a good shisha sesh. So if you’re looking for a mamak to chill at in ss15, this is definitely the place to go to!

I used to come to Canai Café during my college days and since then this mamak has grown to be more popular today. Known to be one of the hang out spots after a night of partying in Subang Jaya, it could also be a place for the after party. Loud music is played here while shisha is available too. In terms of food wise, they do serve pretty decent roti canai. It is usually crispy and their curry, is great. Thick and tasteful. Other than, their mee goreng is good, and also their nasi lemak. There is usually a crowd there every night so I guess this place is doing very well.

Alot of people know this place as the mamak corner or the late night mamak to go to because this place is open 24 hours a day. Canai Café has successfully attract the late night owlers and football fans with a few of their 60″ LCD tv screen showing football matches or movies from ASTRO channels. A great hangout place because there are alot of seats and tables here to easily accommodate 100 over people. That’s insane! And at night is usually always pack with people and hardly you can find a place to seat. So probably the downside is that it’s too famous? Hahaha. Other reasons are also that their food are good like their indon mee which usually served with eggs and a sausage, or their nasi lemak Ayam goreng or their Roti canai which are a little soft in texture and tasty. And their drinks, is always serve in a tall cup and the ice are shaved, so the liquid quantity is more. I always come here for drinks when I’m super thirsty at night after a good game of pool. Check out this place if you’re an owl, great for supper and chat with your friends.
