It was my first time traveling to Putrajaya for a work assignment and I had to parked at Alamanda Shopping Centre because the hotel parking(where the event was held) was already full. I expected the parking rates for Alamanda to be at a premium rate, but I was wrong. It was only RM2 for the first two hours and subsequently is RM1 per hour. Not bad I thought. After the event, I had a stroll in the mall and took a pit stop at the toilets. That was when I had quite a shock. As I was about to wash my hands, the water that flow from the tap was brown in colour. I couldn’t believe my eyes and tried another one, and it was the same! Oh the horror! I was disgusted and went to look for a place to wash my hands properly. So happened I pass a McDonald’s. I went in shamelessly to wash my hands, hoping the water won’t turn out brown. Thank goodness it wasn’t. I washed my hands and left the mall, once and for all. I do not intend to visit Alamanda again after that foul experience. The mall has pretty high end retailers but their toilets, I would rather stay away from.
