Muzeum is one of those places that you and your buddies can grab multiple pints of beer or stout and have hearty conversations for hours on end. It is also one of the more crowded establishments at SetiaWalk, thanks to its nice ambience, decent music and decently priced drinks. This establishment is a GAB outlet, which means they primarily serve GAB drinks such as Tiger, Guinness, Heineken, which are available on tap. Other brands like Somersby are available by the bottle. Drinks are reasonably priced, with a Tiger tower going for RM78 nett, while Heineken, it’s international premium lager sibling(which is brewed locally) goes for RM90 nett per tower. You can go for combo beer pints too and mix it up to keep things interesting throughout the night. Any four pints will cost RM68 and two pints will be RM35. Rather reasonable pricing for beers. Service is also pretty good, there is no shortage of waiting staff and bartenders are quick with pulling their pints. The only gripe I have about this place is how crowded it can get over the weekends. So if you’re visiting SetiaWalk for drinks during peak hours like Friday and Saturday nights, be prepared to hustle for parking and for a table. Weeknights are a breeze and much less noisy too.

Been here twice. Always full of customers on weekends at night. Get a table outside the bar to enjoy the atmosphere of the Setia Walk. My friends from Brazil enjoys the ambience and the music here. It was their first visit to Malaysia and they find it comfortable to drink here because no ones looks or stares at them directly which they had experience in other places when they tour Kuala Lumpur for a few days.

If you have been to Setiawalk, you may find bars and pubs were there side by side. Seems that if you don’t like or you want to change venue, you can just walk to the next door. One of the bars I have been going to after movie date was Muzeum Restaurant & Bar. It is a corner lot, which is just the next block of Brussel. Maybe because I went there was a Friday night; thus, it was crowded. We grabbed our seat outside. The crews were very attentive. They quickly came towards us and started promoting beer package first. Since only two of us and I can’t drink on that night, we only ordered one glass and a snack. It was efficient, within 5 minutes, beer and snack were delivered. We first thought it was a club; that’s why we were surprise why parents brought their kid here to have supper? But then only realized that Muzeum is also a restaurant. Inside, there was pool table. I saw people playing around. However, the music was too loud; if you want to speak with your friends, you would need to shout out loudly. So, I would recommend you to choose a seat outside.

After final exams, my course mates and I will come here for a drink! Why you ask me? I’m not sure myself but maybe because it’s one of the cheapest«tower» around there if you want to compare with other pubs(you’ll definitely know what is a «tower» once you hit night clubs, pubs or bars. Muzeum can be very crowded especially on Friday nights and weekends. For sure it’s crowded as they call it «happy hour». Do look out for«happy hour» promotion and other promotions because you know what, Muzeum offers great promotions. A word of caution to not be too carried away with their promotions as their workers is pretty good in persuading you to order more where in fact, you don’t need that at that period of time. Thankfully, my course mates and I were prudent enough to reject the offer to purchase more alcohol since it was happy hour. In here, it is advisable to purchase alcoholic drinks rather than non-alcoholic drinks. All in all, Muzeum is a decent place to get your alcohol intake fixed.
