At a price rate of RM20 per hour, I’ve been pretty excited to get my fitness gear back on track. With ample space for you to jump, run and walk around, this is the perfect place for all badminton players. There’s 9 badminton courts here so there’s no fear of running out of spaces. People usually come here for training, especially during competitions or badminton tournament seasons. I do have to say, this place is booked during weekends, had to postpone my visit a few times. So, do make sure you check in and book your court beforehand.

I need my dose of exercise and badminton is always the top of my list to really sweat it out. I have a badminton gang and one of the places we usually go for our badminton fix on the weekends is the Sunsuria Avenue complex in Kota Damansara. This sports complex houses a futsal stadium and about 9 badminton courts. They also sell drinks at the counter. They also have a badminton shop for the players convenience. The price is Rm20 per hour. Best to book before hand especially on weekends as the courts are usually booked for training.
