I am a Samsung user for years. God bless that I didn’t use this service always. If not it means my phone is always having trouble and I need to send back to service center for warranty. Back to the point, I sent my phone for warranty once. And it was the charging problem. Thus, I went to the Samsung Collection Service Center at One Utama Shopping Center since it is the nearest one. The shop is located at slight hidden corner. I didn’t take too much time to find it because I am familiar with One Utama. If you don’t know One Utama well, I suggested you to search it at the directory. I went there during weekday and it was around 3pm. Thus, it was less crowded. I took a number and waited for my turn. There were 5 persons ahead. Nonetheless, it only took less than 30 minutes for my turn. I told the staff about my phone charging problem and requested to take along my charger and phone for checking. They said it will take around one week to complete the testing process. An invoice was given to me and note was clearly stated on it. They promised to give me a call when it is ready for collection; but I didn’t receive any after 10 days. So, I called the center myself for several times, no one answer. Seriously, I got mad on this! And finally, someone picked up and the most annoying thing was my phone was ready for collection after 4 working days I have sent it for warranty! Harlo! Isn’t that your responsibility to call back and inform me to collect? Somemore you promised you will give me a call! Luckily when I went to collect, only me were there for collection. They changed a new charger for me without charging any fee. Overall, the warranty claims was satisfying; but definitely not the calling part. Hopefully, they can improve it!
