Phở Hoa serves a variety of phở noodles, from phở for beginners, the regular, and the adventurous. For those who don’t fancy phở, there are also rice dishes. Menu here is simple just like the interior design of this place. I had the steak, brisket and flank phở and it was really good. The slices of beefs are thin. The noodles however is not really what I fancy. It is not soft enough. Still, it is a good bowl of phở!

This can simply be a go-to place for anyone who loves Vietnamese food. I for one am not too crazy about Vietnamese food besides their coffee, but there are some dishes that I do like. Phở Hoa has some delicious rice dishes, and I love their their rolls for snacks, which are rather similar to our Malaysian popiah. They even serve good café sua da here, and you get the real deal whereby the coffee is served to brew before your very eyes, not the premade ones. My only gripe is this place is rather small in space and somewhat hidden. The location is somewhat to its advantage though. Being located inside the Curve Mall, it is more peaceful to eat here as there are less foot traffic and distractions, compare to the other eateries around, especially during weekends where their is a bazaar and live band.

Phở Hoa is a Vietnamese restaurant located at Ground Floor the courtyard at The Curve. I was craving for some hot soup so decided to try Phở Hoa. For first timer, Phở Hoa have brisket and meatballs options. The meat were really tender, and the broth was very flavourful. To add some flavours into your Phở, you have go for the«Just The Regular» where you’ll have nice flatty flank or tendon in the noodle. However, if you are more adventurous like me, then you really should go for the«The Adventurer’s Choice». You’ll get to enjoy a bit of everything in that bowl of flavourful broth. The Phở comes with a side of some herbs and chili flakes where you can add them into your bowl of noodles according to your preference. I don’t really fancy the herbs and raw sprouts so I just skip that, but adding the chili flakes into the dish definitely brought it to another level. If you enjoy a good cup of coffee the you should try the Vietnamese Drip Coffee. They’ll serve the coffee the traditional way and it’s as sweet as the authentic ones too. Overall, I enjoyed my meal at Phở Hoa and I’ve actually revisited the place several times after that. If you enjoy having soup as much as I do, then you should try Phở Hoa.

Situated at one of the courtyards of The Curve. This place boasts a splendid view, a private setting and extremely delicious soupy dishes. One of my good friends had introduced me to this place and I was instantly hooked. She’s always been a fan of soupy dishes and she says this one takes the cake. It’s an authentic Vietnamese restaurant and as my first time coming to a place of this sort, I was pleasantly out of place but thrilled to try the soupy goodness. I ordered the regular Phở as I did not want to excite my stomach too much. It did not fail to impress me. The soup was clear and delicious, I had to however ask for more of their soy hot sauce as I do like my food to be on the spicy side. My broth turned into a delicious brown color and it was splendid! I would definitely recommend this place if your out on a soup diet or if you just want to have a healthy option for a change. This is THE place to do it. Go for Phở!
