With the tons of choices you get at Digital Mall when you want something repair, it’s just a matter of luck who you run into.
I didn’t have great experience with this particular shop because the laptop I sent in has got other faulty parts after I collected it.
They called me telling me that the laptop was available to be collected and I went. I found out that the keyboard was spoiled and I told them that they need to fix it. I was sitting there waiting for that extra half an hour just to find out that it’s gonna take at least another half an hour so I told them that I couldn’t wait any longer and left.
Returned to the shop few days later and found out that they did a real sloppy job in fixing the keyboards and rendered them unusable. Now I will have to wait for them to look for replacement parts just to send the laptop in again for them to fix. Avoid this place at all cost.
