Strategically located in the heart of pj with easy access to federal highway as it is right next to it. Service there is very good as staff there is very friendly and polite. The normal room has no bathtub which is kinda of a let down. However if you upgrade to the executive room, you get to go to the executive lounge which allows you to free tea time with free flow of finger food, desserts, and drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Room service was very efficient as well as they serve within the time they promised with the food warm and nice. The steak sandwich was pretty decent with fairly reasonable price, what you would expect from a normal restaurant. The sandwich comes with a choice of fries or wedges. As a 5 star hotel, they also provide everything you could need from face towel to laundry bag.

I was expecting a huge poster of Paris Hilton spread across the lobby when I walked in, but I was let down. Hilton PJ is owned by Hilton Worldwide which operates the hotel chain all over the world and we are lucky enough to have two branches in Kuala Lumpur. Hilton PJ is easily accessible by LRT, simply alight at the Taman Jaya station and make your way across to the hotel. Came here for the company’s annual dinner when I was interning at British American Tobacco. The exterior made the hotel building look like it was put together as Lego pieces. Can’t say much about the lobby as they had construction works all over the hotel, but from what I noticed, it had a very old design with lots of wood work. The dinner was held in one of the grand ballrooms, and it was indeed very grand. Boosting a huge space area, I could barely see the stage from the entrance! Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy the food; local cuisines were served but were very bland and lacked presentation. But the dessert was good, a selection of red velvet, moist chocolate cake, and a local delight of kuihs were served.
