«Meh» is my reaction to his soft serve gelato joint located in the newly trendy Damansara Uptown. First of all, I was rather annoyed when I asked to sample the soft serve and they said I could not; customers are only allowed to sample the regular gelato. This makes NO sense to me. For RM12.90 a pop, there needs to be some form of sampling before committing to a flavour. Secondly, because it’s my last night in KL, I decided to go ahead and get the most adventurous flavour on the menu — salted egg yolk soft serve. This flavour is truly only for people who enjoy the salted egg yolk taste and richness. Had it been mixed with something else, it may have been less grotesque on the palate. The salted caramel was quite good. Caught up In conversation, I therefore let my salted egg yolk melt and my friend sheepishly asked a disgruntled waiter to clean up the mess. When we said that we didn’t like the flavour, he offered absolutely no apology or counter offer even though we were quite apologetic about the mess. I grew up being used to terrible customer service, but people really should realise the importance of simple manners these days. Everyone else seemed to be really enjoying their ice cream, especially the awesome looking creations that came in the form of thick toast and ice cream, but I had no space in my tummy to try it. I will not be returning of my own free will next time.

One of the unknown yet profound dessert delicacy you could ever find in Kuala Lumpur. If you acquired a sweet tooth like myself, this dessert delicacy would definitely be a place for you. Being well said, Everyday Sundae is situated in Damansara Uptown– area which was once has it fame of phoenix. They brought dessert to whole new other level. Everyday Sundae is a luxurious dessert place with incredible atmosphere which then serves marvellous soft gelato sundaes special with numerous selection for your own taste, «Customised soft gelato». How wonderful isn’t it? To suit your very own taste and pleasure from Base to toppings, everything are based by your very choice. They are prominent with their salted caramel soft-serve in choux pastry and a surrounded by a circle of cotton candy, it’s AMAZING. My friends and I ordered the exact same, customised soft gelato which is deep dark chocolate soft gelato, chocolate chips as our toppings and having butterscotch as own main sauce. It was breathtaking and did I mention their interior are particularly outstanding? It has such simple yet comfy interior. Every bite feels like a sin, too good to be true. However, price are a little out of hand. Mine version of soft gelato cost me about RM18.90 and not to mention not a satisfying portion but What can I say? Good food always comes with its price. One precaution, definitely NOT recommended to go during working weeks due to the traffic with horrible parking situation. However, it should be clear out around the evenings. Plus, they have FREEWIFI&WATER. I mean this is way too ridiculous, definitely worth every penny. Do drop by here if your passing by this area, you won’t regret it!

To die for ice creams!!! I’ve tried a few flavours and I would say all of them are DELICIOUS! I would only recommend the ice cream only. The waffle was just okay. But definitely try their ice creams. I personally love the cempedak and valrhona chocolate. There are a few small round tables placed at the front part of the shop and there are bigger tables with swings behind. I love the idea of swings but I never got a chance to sit there. Expect big crowd even during night time.

I tried their cornflakes softserve(cup), it’s rm9/per scoop. Opinion: too salty, weird. Then I ordered their Chocolate soft serve with charcoal cone, rm12.90. Opinion: chocolate too bitter and their cone is not crispy anymore(feel soggy). That’s some cornflakes inside the ice cream cone, also taste soggy(masuk agin) Total: rm21.90 for 2 ice cream. Not quite worthy.

Not a place I would go to during the work week because of the traffic and(non-existent) parking situation, and also because of the nearby Village Park. But it should be okay in the evenings. Anyway, prices range from the teens on, so the prices are not THAT cheap. You basically get to build your own soft serve gelato creation, from base to toppings. They also have recommendations you can go with. But I was there for chocolate soft serve ice cream. I thought the actual soft serve ice cream itself was not that sweet, which might be a good or bad thing depending on who you are. I don’t know if it was just that particular batch, or it was because everything else(toppings, syrups, etc) was pretty sweet. For people who feed their social media before feeding themselves, the ice cream held out long enough to be photographed, provided you don’t spend too much time playing food stylist. They also have«free» water and WiFi.

Great good looking ice cream that’s sure to be a hit with instagrammers and good flavors such as vannila and salted caramel soft serves. The downside is that the ice cream melts very fast. When it arrives, take out your phones, snap a pic or 2, and the ice cream will be beginning to melt.
