Chulo Restaurant & Bar

Chulo Restaurant & Bar is one of the dining places that I love to go with my loved one. It was the place we have our first dating, and also the place we dined at during our first Valentine’s Day. Chulo starts its business from 5pm to 1am daily; thus, it is a great place for working adults, to eat and later drink after a day of busy work life.
Chulo is located above Brussel at Jaya One. With blue themed and dimmed lightning, Chulo provides a cosy and romantic ambiance. Chulo also has a rooftop area, laying on the comfortable sofa, watching at the starry sky was so relaxing. It was the thing me and my dear did during our first date. Also, if you prefer more silent place, you can also request to dine at rooftop. Since Chulo is a restaurant and bar, the lower level will normally have happy hour around 10pm. It will be playing loud music and people love drinking there. Thus, if you just want to give yourself a more relaxing and enjoy your night with the right one, you can consider rooftop.
We love ordering mashed potatoes at Chulo. It was served in big portion. I suggested to order one plate, and share among one another. The mashed potatoes was creamy and smooth. It was well-​mashed. And the most important was it was hot. Some restaurant served delicious mashed potatoes too but it was not hot enough. I prefer to eat something hot so that’s why Chulo’s mashed potatoes still the best for me. Overall, I will definitely come back to Chulo again, for dating or friend gathering. It is a great place to chill at.
