If I’m not mistaken, this is the one of the two service centres in KL (another one in Bandar Baru Ampang).
There are about 10 counters to handle different concerns & enquiries (top — up, general enquiries and purchase). I’ve been there twice and the customer service is satisfying. The waiting time is reasonable. Do go on weekdays (if possible) as the centre is normally crowded on weekend.
The only complaint is the limited service centres found in KL. There are only 2 branches and I’m pretty sure someone else will share my concern.
