Enter The Khukri and you think you’re in Nepal. This Nepali restaurant is frequented mostly by Nepali expats who work in Malaysia. The food is truly authentic Nepali and you get a range of curries and dhal bhat which is rice and dhal. Pork curry is served here so it’s not halal. By the way pork is actually used as a substitute for mutton because it’s the only meat sold with skin in this country. In Nepal the same curry is made with mutton with skin on and it tastes almost exactly like this pork version. Visitors should try out the fried momo which is a Tibetan influenced dish that’s basically 10 fried dumplings with a special dipping sauce. Highly recommended.
