I usually come here if i feel like having something something light and budget friendly for my lunch. Having a heavy lunch tend to get me sleepy almost instantaneously, so a sandwich from Subway gets to keep me full enough. I always find their Sub of the day worth every cent. Especially on the days they have very meat packed sandwiches like Red Hot Mondays with Italian BMT, which is one of my favourite and also Lively Wednesday with Meatball Marinaras. For the meatballs, it’s easier for you to eat if you ask the server to slice the ball into half. If not things will get sloppy — very quickly: P This outlet has friendly servers and is pretty clean.

This place closes at 9pm! So if any of you workaholics are unable to head home because of overtime workloads, this is the place to head to :) Convenient, fast, and also the slightly healthier option, as compared to mamak stalls opposite the road. The price was economical as well, one subway and a drink is at RM10.90. I am always up for Italian BMT. I find that this is the most delicious option! Vegetables are freshly cut and served daily, same goes to the bread and cookies, freshly baked! The staffs here are friendly and nice, I went into them around the almost closing hours and they still serve me with a smile. Premise is clean and tidy, but during peak hours it will be very crowded. So make sure you plan your time well!

This used to be my breakfast place before GRAB coffee opens up in Menara UOA. I used to get the RM6.50 breakfast deal that only available before 12PM. They will give you any choice of sandwich like cold cut trio, or veggie delite, meatball marinara, seafood and crab and few other menu combine with egg and you got drinks as well. Somehow they don’t do that anymore. I think it is seasonal. I will only go to subway, if I want something quick and fast for my breakfast or lunch time. I don’t really enjoy Subway as much as I used too. Places in UOA are pretty ok, you can either sit outside or inside and enjoy your meal. Service are pretty decent, but sometimes if you don’t mention that you are going for certain promotion, they might charge you differently or normal prices. I would recommend the chocolate cookie though. It’s really yummy, especially if you could warm it up a little bit, then it would be perfect.

I always order Subway melt because it is my all time favorite, because it is delicious when there is cheese, bacon and chicken ham, I only go for one sause, which is honey masturd: p who said fast food must be unhealthy? :) Subway is the best choice!

I was on my way to a meeting this one fateful day when my stomach was grumbling and I had realized that I didn’t have any breakfast yet(good for my figure but bad for my diet) so I decided to do a power brunch before I head in to the meeting. Subway was my quick and easy choice. What I realized is that the subways in Malaysia has waaay smaller proportions as compared to the Subways in say, Australia. I don’t know if this is because of the general rule to keep Asian people slim or the unfortunate effect of budgeting. I am a 6ft man with four stomachs and an apatite that would put any goat to shame. I would suggest they have a quick look at the customer before they serve them because the foot-long here is merely a 6-incher to the ones in Aussie. In terms of size and width. But aside from that, the ingredients were fresh and the service is quick. It helps that they also have sets with drinks to go with your meal. And if you behave really well, they would give you a cookie(kidding, it comes with the meal set.) But you do have to behave though.
