This brings me back to my imagination as a kid. If you are visiting, please do not take photos of any of the items in the gallery as it is not allowed. Find out more about the artist from the artist info at the side of the artworks displayed. The artworks displayed here is limited as compared to its website. Some pieces of the artwork that are not seen in the gallery can be viewed on-line. If you are interested to purchase any of the artwork, do visit its website.

Since the sixth floor of Pavilion Shopping Mall has Tokyo Street, the whole sixth floor has appeared to be more and more artistic, then there’s this Ode to Art gallery. The first time when I walk pass the gallery itself I was already so attracted and I immediately went in to have a look at what they are showcasing. The staff here are very friendly and they will greet you once you’re in their gallery. However, do note that you cannot take photos in there! After all, those are all very handcrafted unique arts, and they will not want it to be simply used elsewhere without the prior approval of the artists themselves, so this is pretty understandable. One thing I like about the gallery is that they do not only have a sheet of descriptor for you when you are browsing through the gallery, but they actually have small metal plates beside each art, sharing with you about the artist, and also the meaning wished to be conveyed by each artist behind their paintings or creations. That itself is making the gallery browsers very much easier as in you do not have to cross reference with what you have in your descriptor sheet. They gallery itself is very bright and with white walls, so you will feel like the gallery itself is another big white cloth where all the art pieces are drawings on this big empty white cloth! Their art pieces here are all very limited edition, so all of the artistic luxury does come with a big price tag. But, for artists, these creations are all part of their lives, so I really respect each and every artist that’s showcasing their creations here. They also update their gallery from time to time, so you’ll always see new items being showcases in there. Serene ambience, friendly staff — always coming back to be inspired. Also a good place for those who seriously wants to add a piece of paintings or artistic expression in their new household!
