Do you know how the royals smells like? What, smells like Nasi Lemak? Well, I’m afraid that you are mistaken with Nasi Lemak Royal Kedah, sir.
That’s right, there is a Nasi Lemak joint at Ampang that famously known as the Nasi Lemak Royal Kedah. Whether the owner of the joint is a part of Kedah royal families, I’m not quite sure but there’s one certain thing for sure, the nasi lemak is absolutely royal. It’s not like any other Nasi Lemak that we know because it looks just like the Nasi Kandar. Why royal? Because the rice is yellow in colour I guess. So good. It smellls good, it looks good and it tastes good. That’s how the royal rollin’!
Beware this place is open at evening till early mornings. I’ve been told that the ‘day’ version is not Nasi Lemak Royal Kedah but another joint that operates under the same roof but different timing.
