Got a problem with e-​filling? No worries! Just head over to LHDN and everything will be settled! I was very fed up with the LHDN website as my account got barred as I have forgotten my password. After the many failed attempts and the no revert from the online helpdesk from LHDN, I have decided instead to just drive over to the center and make my income tax submission manually.
I expected the worst. In my mind I thought the queue would be long and it will be a big hassle to reset the password. Well I was very wrong. To educate the public about online income tax filing the government has set up a space with laptops for everyone to submit their income tax online with the guidance of a LHDN representative instantly. They will guide you through the whole process and everything will be done within 30 minutes (if there is no queue). Well isn’t that amazing? I got my income tax settled in a jiffy and thanked the lady that guided me through patiently. I am happy with their service!
