I can’t promise that I’m not bias here, but that’s not because that I know the owners. Instead, it’s because of my love for good cakes and pies. Be here, try their Kelapa Melaka pie out, and thank me later! If you’re familiar with A Slice of Heaven a.k.a. Just Heavenly, you should know their death by chocolate — the sinful dessert. In fact, having tried their cupcakes and small desserts for so many times, I have yet to try their ‘ordinary’ sliced cakes. Honestly, the now on-going Grape Beauty promotion between Caudalie and them is the reason that I have made my way there. Basically, you pay even less than the price of the cake during 3−7pm, and you get served with an additional cup of herbal tea, and they will give you a Caudalie gift pack as well. The gift pack isn’t something extra fancy, but it’s free — so no complaints. And, you get an additional cup of tea with the cake — and yes, the cake is actually what got me awestruck. Knowing that they serve good carbonara, but I’m returning to try more of their cakes. It took me a while to decide in fact, they were all tempting. And the next visit, I would need to decide if I would stick to the Kelapa Melaka pie, or that I should try something new — life is tough.

It was such a good treat from my manager! It is my first time here and I ordered the Chocolate Cheese cake. It was very chocolatey and cheesy which would go well with light coffee or tea. However, this cake would be too heavy if you are having it after a full dinner. Oh and the cakes are quiteeee expensive. A slice of chocolate cheese cake is about rm14+, and a slice of red velvet cake is about rm16+. Located in the middle of the shopping mall on the 2nd floor. Waitor and waitress are very attentive and we had a good time there.

Just heavenly indeed. How many times can I say I loooove cakes and anything that derives from that? I sometimes feel like a fat kid in a candy store when I find these places. I sit at home and wish they were just 1 minute away from me and then appreciate how good it is that they are not as I may end up having a weight issue and perhaps a start of diabetes but damn they are good. The place does offer food to like salads, and sandwiches and such but their deserts are to die for. They also offer an all day breakfast at around Rm10 to RM20 and even have a large(huge actually) breakfast on weekends and holidays which includes two eggs, any style, two sausages, ricotta hotcakes, garlic mushrooms, breakfast salsa, toast with our citrus ginger marmalade, side of greek yoghurt with honey. Each of this ridiculously large breakfast comes with a juice and a hot coffee or tea and it is RM37.

The cakes here are«JUSTHEAVENLY». Three years back was when we first bought a cake here & ever since then we’ve been coming back for more. In someway or another in this cake & cupcake saturated market, Just heavenly has managed to build a cult following, I kid you not their cakes are simply sinful! The choices here are overwhelming but my heart has to go with their red velvet cream cheese frosting & death by chocolate. The whole cakes here are pre-made and brought in 2 – 3 times a week ensuring freshness in every bite. There are only 2 sizes available unless you opt for a customized cake. On the 2nd floor of the west wing, Just heavenly has opened the doors to their own patisserie & café where you can enjoy some delightful mains & desserts. Fear not, this café offers some pretty healthy stuff as well such as their detox & soba salads. So there you have it, the best of both worlds!

This is one of my favourite cake shop from Bangsar area. This café is located in Bangsar Shopping Centre and they have a huge variety of cakes and bakeries. The outlet from BSC is quite big and they have 2 areas with seats and tables. I really like the decorations and the modern aspect of the place. Another thing which I find original are the quotes which they have everywhere on the walls and decoration. One of my favourite is «When in doubt, eat. cake». In regards to cakes, I can’t decide which one I like most because all the cakes I tasted here are delicious heavenly. The prices for a cake is between RM8 and 15. You can also buy a full cake with decoration for special events and they also offer catering services.

Have been going to Just Heavenly ever since it was just a small little outfit in Damansara Heights. Back then, I used to drive all the way there for the eclairs(so goood). Since then they have blown up in a big way through their cafes and stand alone cake shops. Prices have also escalated, so this has become a place for a treat instead of the weekly binge session that it used to be. Aside from eclairs, the place also serves up delicious cakes. Have bought many a last minute birthday cake from here. A must try if you’re in BSC!

Just heavenly is the parent company for A Slice Of Heaven that’s located in Pavilion. Just Heavenly serves food as well as cakes and in my opinion they have the best cakes! the durian chocolate cake and death by chocolate is ‘just heavenly’(perfect name for this café no?) The cakes go for about RM13 a piece and unlike most cake shops the cakes here are made really little so there’s no slicing of a big cake. They sell teeny tiny versions of the big cake. Some may think the cakes here are expensive but i think its on par with the quality of their cakes. If you’re a durian lover like myself then you just must try the durian chocolate cake. Trust me you’ll be craving more and wishing you never tried it in the first place!

his is the place where you have dessert after lunch at Tarbush or Ben’s. Located in BSC this bakery kiosk will satisfy your sugar cravings for a very reasonable price. They have a variety of cakes to choose from in the kiosk. Great value for a very decent price.

Me and a girlfriend made a pit stop at Just Heavenly for a short tea break. I wasn’t feeling that hungry, so I just got a red velvet cupcake while she ordered their Penne Carbonara. I wouldn’t say that the cupcake tasted at all«heavenly», it was more.meh. The cucpcake itself was a little too spongy and dry for my liking, unlike one or two that I’ve tasted where it kind of just melts in your mouth. However, I would say that after stealing a few mouthfuls of my friend’s carbonara, it proved to be SO much better than my red velvet. I’ve yet to prove if all their savory dishes taste better than their desserts, but I’m on the case!

Just Heavenly café is located in Bangsar Shopping Center. I wouldn’t say that there’s anything special about its setting and atmosphere. If the concept of their design is having white walls surrounding the entire to create a heavenly atmosphere, it doesn’t work out well because it’s in a mall and it just blends in with the rest of the mall. I must admit that I’ve only had the opportunity of trying their desserts and I really enjoyed them. I was particularly taken up by their durian chocolate cake which is their hot favorite and their banana cream pie. They also serve cupcakes, molten lava chocolate cake and crème brûlée as part of their dessert selection. Free wifi is provided in this café.

What seemed to be a shop that sells delicious cakes, it turned out that it has some of the best pasta here too! Yes, the cake I had here was delicious, Death by Chocolate they call it. What surprised me more was how good the pasta tasted here. We ordered a Crab Aglio Olio and a Penne Carbonara. The Crab Olio was very delicious, angel hair drench with olive oil, spices, and topped with smooth crab meat. The flavor and aroma of this dish really stood out. The Penne Carbonara was also top notch. The sauce was very balanced and the generous amount of beef bacon made it better. I highly recommend this if you’re a Carbonara lover, I seldom come across such delicious ones.

Knowing that I love carbonara, one of my girlfriend suggested that we meet up here at Just Heavenly because they have one of the best carbonara. That was my first time there. Never really know about this place before. Thanks to that girlfriend of mine, I fell in love to Just Heavenly’s penne carbonara(highly recommended, must try) and since then, I always come back for more. Not sure about others, but for me I like my carbonara super creamy. Their carbonara totally suits my taste. Besides pastas, they also serve a variety of foods like burgers, sandwiches, pies, salad and all day breakfast too. I am always there for their pastas. Tried a few of them besides their carbonara and I kinda their crab aglio olio too. For desserts lover, this café specializes in cakes and serve a huge variety of delicious cakes and cupcakes too.
